Community Guidelines
What We Don't Allow
Violating the following rules may result in a warning or temporary suspension of your account:
- Sharing real-life violent, gory, or animal cruelty content. Media-based portrayals (from games, movies, books, etc.) are permitted within reason.
- Soliciting money or promoting donations, product sales, or services through the platform.
- Redirecting users to social platforms without having a meaningful prior conversation.
- Engaging with users suspected to be underage. If you encounter a minor, report them immediately—do not interact.
- Using Cashual Call in a way that abuses our infrastructure, such as attempting to offload computation or cause Denial of Service (DoS).
- Spamming, advertising, or harassing users via fake or throwaway accounts.
- Selling or purchasing Cashual Call accounts.
- Pretending to be under 18 or impersonating a minor—this results in instant account termination.

What We Can't Allow
The following will result in permanent account termination and may result in you being banned from the platform entirely:
- CSAM (child sexual abuse material)
- Animal pornography or revenge porn
- Pornography that involves underage individuals
- Promotion or sale of illegal drugs
- Extortion, blackmail, or other criminal content
- Promoting or glorifying self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders. This includes encouraging others to harm themselves or portraying such behaviors in a positive light. If someone seems in crisis, please report them and alert local authorities.
- Attempting to hack Cashual Call, gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or exploit the platform. This includes accessing backend systems, data scraping, or account theft.
- Sharing pirated software, malware, viruses, worms, or any code with malicious intent.
- Harassing, threatening, or degrading others—physically, mentally, or financially. This includes doxxing, cyberbullying, death threats, or unwanted contact.

How To Avoid Getting Banned
- This is not a dating app. Don't send unsolicited sexual messages.
- Don't ask users for contact info or social handles unless the conversation has meaningfully led to that.
- Report minors—don't engage with them.
- Don't spam or repeat the same message excessively.
- Never impersonate a minor. This will not be reversed.
Suspensions and Appeals
If your account was suspended and you believe it was a mistake, you may file an appeal.
We only consider appeals for policy misunderstandings—not for clear violations of the law.
