By confirming a transaction, you agree to pay the full amount in cryptocurrency at the time of purchase. All transactions are final and recorded on the blockchain. Due to the nature of crypto, we do not offer refunds, reversals, or chargebacks.

We reserve the right to change token pricing or supported currencies at any time. We may also limit or restrict purchases to prevent abuse or comply with applicable laws.

All crypto transactions are final and non-refundable.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Cashual Call at any time and for any reason, including—but not limited to—violations of our Terms, Community Guidelines, or suspected illegal activity. This also applies if you are found to be underage.

Accounts that engage in prohibited behavior, spread harmful content, or breach the terms of this agreement may be blocked without notice. We may use automated or manual tools to enforce these actions, including banning device or IP addresses.

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy on harassment, fraud, or repeated community disruption. Users involved in disputes or misconduct may be temporarily or permanently suspended. Decisions related to suspension or removal are final and at the sole discretion of Cashual Call. Suspended users will lose access to all features during the suspension period.
